Becky Ayah is the Founder and President of the Creative Milliners Association (CMA), an international community dedicated to empowering women through the art and business of millinery. With over a decade of experience as a professional milliner (headwear designer) and millinery coach, Becky has built a reputation for transforming creativity into profitable and sustainable ventures.
Driven by a deep passion for women’s empowerment, Becky’s mission is to inspire, influence, and equip women with practical creative skills that enable them to achieve financial independence, personal fulfillment, and become impactful change-makers in their communities.
